BIL 100k in student loan debt and not using degree

To keep things short because I don’t know all the details, my brother in law (23) got a graphic design degree from the art institute of Philadelphia online- which has recently shut down. I learned last night while showing him how to do taxes his total student loans out are about 98k. I was trying to find his 1098-t, and stumbled across his account; saw he relied heavily on FAFSA, got a few grants, and I doubt he actually knows what kinda shit he’s in. He’s (thankfully) working full time in transportation logistics making about 30k annually. He lives with us right now to save on costs, but I personally don’t want to take care of him into our 40s. Where does he begin? How do you start to tackle this kind of debt in a dead end job?
